We're looking for an experienced, full-time Sales Associate who is professional, articulate and ethical. We bring a fresh approach to the business and would like to complete our team with an agent who wants to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to practice real estate in an upscale environment. Our office is strategically located on Charles Street in Beacon Hill, near historic landmarks and the beautiful Boston Public Garden. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to succeed, and will be responsible for turning internally produced leads and existing rental and property management clients into satisfied buyers and sellers. Downtown experience and market knowledge, i.e., Beacon Hill, Back Bay, is a must. We are establishing an in-house e-commerce program and you will have the opportunity to partner with this effort to nurture our leads into loyal, long-term relationships, drive sales growth and positively impact our already well-established local reputation. We have the unique and valuable attribute of being able to offer our clients one-stop expertise and guidance for all their real estate needs, including rentals, sales, and property management. You must have an active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson license and an established, proven sales track record in downtown Boston real estate. In addition to partnering with the e-commerce lead conversion initiatives, your own networking and business building are encouraged and supported.
