We're looking for both aspiring and seasoned Leasing Associates. Our small team is comprised of agents who want to learn and grow with us over the long term. We focus on quality over quantity, and we keep our team lean to maximize individual rewards. You'll grow with full support from management and access to our steady stream of house-produced opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to practice real estate in an upscale environment. Our office is strategically located on Charles Street in Beacon Hill near historic landmarks and the beautiful Public Gardens. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to succeed, and will be responsible for turning internally-produced leads and existing rental and property management clients into repeat clients while nurturing new relationships. We have the unique and valuable attribute of being able to offer our clients one-stop expertise and guidance for all their real estate needs, including leasing, sales and property management. Whether you are new or experienced in the field, if you're the right fit for our team, you'll work with management to develop your career. We'll teach you to nurture your rental clients and focus on service for long-term results. If you already have your Massachusetts Salesperson license you'll be ready to roll.
